I never logged on to Humhealth application. How do I retrieve my login credentials?

When you are setup in Humhealth, an email is triggered with login credentials and sent to your email id registered in Humhealth. Try to locate that email. If you are unable to locate the email, then contact your care group admin (or) Admin Clinician Supervisor (or) Admin Physician (or) support@humworld.com.

I logged on to Humhealth sometime back. Now, I forgot my username, password and email id registered in Humhealth. What should I do?

Please contact your care group admin (or) Admin Clinician Supervisor (or) Admin Physician (or) send an email to support@humworld.com.

How to resend the login credentials to a user email id, who has never logged on to Humhealth?

The care group admin (or) Admin Clinician Supervisor (or) Admin Physician can resend login credentials of the user by following the navigation Care group administration -> Resend login credentials.

This feature is currently available only for users who has never logged on to Humhealth.

What should I do if I forgot my password but I know my username?

There are two solutions.

Solution 1:

• Click Forgot password?
• Enter username.
• Answer the security questions.
• The Reset Password link will be sent to your email id registered in Humhealth application.

Solution 2:

• Enter username.
• Enter the password wrongly and Click Sign In.
• Do the above step (b) three times. Your temporary password will be sent to your email id registered in Humhealth application.

I clicked Forgot password and entered my username. But, I forgot answers to my security questions. What should I do?

• The username will be sent to your registered email id.

How do I change my password?

• After logging on to Humhealth, Click on your name displayed with time zone on the top right located to the left side of log out.
• Click Settings. The user profile will be displayed.
• Click Change password.

How do I change my email id registered in Humhealth application?

• After logging on to Humhealth, Click on your name displayed with time zone on the top right located to the left side of log out.
• Click Settings. The user profile will be displayed.
• Click Update Email Id.

How do I change my security questions registered in Humhealth application

• After logging on to Humhealth, Click on your name displayed with time zone on the top right located to the left side of log out.
